Le Moulin

With a unique combination of cocktails, french spirits and liqueurs, buckwheat beers, artisan cidre, and small producer wines, Le Moulin offers an intimate drinking experience not to be found anywhere else in the capital. Le Moulin is tucked away at the back of the restaurant with its own entrance on Parliament Court.

Northwestern France is rich with drinking traditions, but its most quintessential is The Trou Normand or “Norman Hole”. A shot of calvados is taken mid meal to create a “hole” for more food. With these traditions in mind great care has been taken to find and source products from the region with many being imported directly for Le Moulin.
